OUR STORY
Where The Dream Began
The idea was born on a quiet evening, as we sat together, dreaming aloud about what life could look like away from the rush of our daily lives. The vision was clear: a home nestled in the enchanting countryside of Italy. Not just for us, but for others too, a sanctuary where people could pause, breathe, and rediscover the beauty of simplicity.
FINDING OUR PLACE
Our journey led us to the heart of Le Marche. Among golden hills and sweeping views, we found a forgotten estate, weathered but full of soul. With ivy-covered walls and mountain vistas in every direction, we knew it was the one.
Bringing it back to life
With the help of local craftsmen, every stone, beam, and tile was restored by hand, blending rustic charm with Scandinavian simplicity. Inspired by Swedish ways of living, the home was designed to reflect calm, comfort, and thoughtful design.

As we worked, the village embraced us. Casa Dei Sogni became more than we ever dreamed, a gathering place, a retreat for those seeking beauty, stillness, and connection. A place where stories are shared and memories linger long after guests leave.

Have any Questions?
If there is an issue during your stay, there is always someone nearby who can assist. Whether it’s something that needs fixing or any other concern, help is just a message or call away. We’re here to make sure your stay runs smoothly.
Dogs are allowed, but please notify us in advance of your arrival. Other pets are not permitted.
To confirm the booking, a prepayment of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, the prepayment will be refunded minus an administration fee of €500. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Times can be adjusted to suit your needs. Upon arrival, someone will be there to hand over the keys and show you around the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Yes, Casa Dei Sogni is family-friendly. Baby beds, high chairs and car seats are available upon request.
Yes, final cleaning is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning can be arranged.
The House Manual and rules will be provided upon booking and must be followed by all guests. You can find the general conditions here.
The price includes electricity, water, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, pool towels, toiletries (shampoo, soap, hairdryer), Wi-Fi, and use of the air conditioning and sauna (according to house rules).
Yes, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas.
